NEW TO CROSSFIT?
Before jumping into your membership you'll complete 1x 30minute health assessment and 2x 60minute Fundamental Personal Training sessions.
These sessions provide you with the basic knowledge of movements and terminology of CrossFit. Preventing injury, building your confidence and enabling you to maximise your participation in the group classes.
