A modified (scaled) version of Event 6 from this year’s CrossFit Games Regionals.

For time (21 Minute time cap)

  • 800m run (1/2 Mile)
  • 30 Over the box, box jumps. 24″/20″
  • 30 Deadlifts @ 80kg/60kg
  • 30 Wall Balls
  • 30 Ring Dips (push-ups)
  • 30 Wall Balls
