A: 10 min hand stand practice

B1: Burgener warm up – PVC to unloaded bar; then
B2: hang snatch: work up to a heavy single (remember: heavy is relative – to your own ability)

C: swings & double unders (7 mins)

Then:
5 rounds: 30 sec max double unders / 30 sec rest
Then:
1 min max KB swings
