Becca and I (and the rest of the missing C3 crew) are back from the C3 Presence conference in Sydney. We all had a great time drinking coffee and even visting the CrossFit Sydney crew a couple of times. Spending more than 3 days/nights smack bang in the middle of the city makes you really appreciate Canberra. I will never complain about Canberra traffic (and the GDE) ever again after it took over an hour and a half to reach Liverpool (M5) from Liverpool St (in the city) yesterday arvo on the way home.

15 OH squats (make the weight difficult)

If you actually finish your OH squats in each round then the weight is too light. These are supposed to be heavy and it's supposed to be difficult.
That's right people we'll be rocking out at Adapt tomorrow morning at 10am. If you managed to make it out to CF 2600 last weekend you would have got to experience a pretty sick set up. If you were out at Adapt the weekend before then you'll know just how awesome a local throw down can be. If you're not competing please make sure you still come out to support the athletes that are! It will, without fail be another epic event!
