CrossFit Games Open WOD 12.3
Looking back at the last couple of weeks of programming I’m pretty happy to say that I don’t think we could have prepared you guys any better than we have. Box jumps: check. Heavy push-press/jerks: check. Toes to bar: check.
Yesterday we gave you even more prep by showing you how to maximise your score through better movements and now, because quite a few people have already done it we’ve been able to offer some advice in regards to a workout strategy. If you missed out don’t worry because we’ll quickly go over it with the group again before we run the heats.
Post your results (rounds + reps) to comments and if you’re registered for the Open go and submit your score for validation. Don’t be ‘that’ guy or girl trying to get us to validate your score at the 11th hour (Monday @ 11am) because it’ll be too late and Becca and I will be hanging out at some cafe w/ the fam drinking piccolos…
Plans for Monday’s public holiday
Because Monday’s a public holiday we’ll only be running one session @ 9am. If you’d already booked in to MBO go on and book again (because all of Monday’s usual sessions have been cancelled) and a new session (for 9am) has been scheduled.
