HOME WORKOUT 9.9.21 – UNLOADED VERSION

For today’s home workout, we’ll be performing four consecutive Tabatas and all you’re going to need is an object (like a box or a broomstick) to jump over to. A Tabata style workout is 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for 8 cycles per Tabata.

Tabata Workout:

Lateral Object Jump Overs
Supine Hollow Hold
Sit-ups
Object Jump Overs
