HOME WORKOUT 6.10.21 – UNLOADED VERSION

For today’s home workout, we’ll be performing a Tabata style workout. For each movement, you’ll do eight rounds of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest. We’ll be doing some object jump-overs so be sure to grab an object like a toolbox or a milk crate.
