For today’s home workout, you are going to need a Dumbbell and a rope for double-unders.

Don’t have double-unders? No worries, you can do singles instead.

PARTIALLY LOADED

4 Rounds of:
8 DB Power Clean and Jerk
16 Plank Rows (8 each side)

Every 2 min. perform 60 Double-unders or 100 singles.
