For today’s home workout, we have three very interesting movements and all you’re going to need is a broomstick and a can-do attitude. If you feel like it, you can also add load to this workout and make it more fun!

AMRAP 16 min of:

7 ‘2-fer-1’ Burpees
14 Broomstick/PVC OH Squat
14 Windmills – 7 each side.
