Home Workout 28.8.21 – Unloaded Version


For today’s home workout, you are going to need something to step-up on and quite possibly, sit down on for scaled pistols (aka single leg squats)

Part 1:
2-4-6-8-10….until you can’t perform unbroken sets.
Single-leg Squat (Pistol)

4 Alt. Pistols
