Home Workout 26.8.21 – Unloaded Version

We’ve got some handstand push-ups in today’s home workout, which means if you can do them, you’re going to require something to kick up to – otherwise HSPU can be subbed out for pike push-ups

Every 10 min. perform
8 kick-sits/ninja kick-outs (each way)
8 Strict Handstand Pushups
16 Speed Skaters
Run 800 m
for 3 Rounds (30 mins)
