Home Workout 25.8.12 – Unloaded version


For todays home workout, you’ll require something to do dips off – it could be a chair or a milk crate, maybe even your couch

3 rounds for time*:

20 Squat to Jumping Jacks
10 Inchworms (no push up)
10 Object Dips
Rest 1 minute

  • Feel free to add another round if you’re feeling good 😉
