Home Workout 24.08.21 – Unloaded Version

For today’s home workout, you’re going to need a cereal box (for heel taps)

I’ve also posted our Train with Me video – so set aside some time and do this with me. There’s a quick warm-up and a built in timer (that goes for 10 mins) but no tunes, so you’ll be able to listen to your own music, while you move with me 😉

For time (10 min cap):

2-4-6-8-10
Heel Taps
Burpees
Cossack Squats

*Heel Taps & Cossack squats 1+1 =1 *complete a set of 12 if you really feel you need to 😉
