For today’s home workout, you’re going to need:

  • Something to step up on -> a chair, a box, a step, a milk crate; and
  • Something to carry/hold (while you’re stepping-up) -> a backpack filled with books or cans from your pantry

2 Rounds for time:

  • 20 Object Step ups
  • 40 Mountain Climbers
  • 20 Walking Lunges
  • 40 Mountain Climbers
  • 30 Air Squats
