Home Workout 20.08.21 – Unloaded Version


For today’s home workout, you require nothing more than wall and a can do attitude, oh and maybe a tissue box (no, you won’t cry)

3 Rounds for time (12 min cap)

  • 100 Fast Feet
  • 400 m Run / 90 sec jog on the spot (
  • 25 Lying Wall Hands-to-toes

In the video I mentioned subbing out the run for 2 mins of jumping jacks -> just make it 90 sec
