For today’s home workout, we’ll be performing 5 rounds of a couple of movements. There’s very little you’ll need for this workout, be sure to have something around you for support like a chair and a small object for toe-taps.

10 Alt. Pistols
10 4-point position (plank) ankle taps
10 V-ups
30 Object Toe-taps
