Gym Lockdown Update: What we’re doing to keep you moving and staying on top of your mental health

Firstly, I’d just like to say thanks to everyone who’s reached out to check if we’re doing OK.

Other the coming days, we’ll be reaching out to you via a phone call to see how y’all are doing too

You probably would have heard that the ACT lockdown has been extended for another two weeks

To help you stay on top of your physical and mental health, the team has been super busy putting together daily [Train With Me] videos

From tomorrow night, we’ll also be starting up evening zoom stretches sessions – It’ll be a good way to get on top of your mobility and check in with your gym buddies

We’ll also be coming up with weekly physical challenges and mindfulness practices – Becca’s already spoken about the first practice: Daily Gratitude on Telegram, and she’s even set it up in SugarWOD

By the end of the week we’re hoping to have a phone booking system all set up in our CRM so you’ll be able to book in for regular Facetime calls with a coach – Please stay tuned

If you haven’t downloaded Telegram Messenger and been added to the Member Group chat, you’re totally missing out – please do that as soon as possible as it’s the best way to stay up to date with everything we’re doing tin response to the lockdown
