Training with Ben has been amazing. For the first time in years I am starting to trust my body. I am down 10 kg, have been injury free for over 4 months, I am feeling strong and healthy but most of all Ben has shown me how to listen to my body and adjust my training.  Ben focuses on functional fitness which is important to me as a Nurse. I have increased my range of movement to a point where I am able to squat and lift effectively, which makes me a lot safer at work.


It is clear this box is not just about numbers on a page – Ben, Bec and the other coaches really care about the holistic health and well-being of their clients. I’m so glad we stumbled across Adapt – and I look forward to continuing the journey we’ve embarked on


I started PT sessions with Ben to work on movements I needed to improve but didn’t have the know-how to fix myself. Without any doubt, this was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made for myself.
