Our Plans For 2020

We’re really excited for 2020 and wanted to share with you what we’ve got planned – check it out!

  2. (NEW) Dedicated Strength Sessions Twice a Week
  3. (NEW) 30 Minute Lunchtime Sessions

Updated Membership Options

We wanted to bring all our 2018 and 2019 pricing inline for 2020

Currently, A Basic Membership, which gets you access to

  • unlimited daily classes, and
  • a quarterly 1:1 PT session (with your coach)

Our Basic option was $205 in 2018 and $215 in 2019. We decided to meet in the middle, So in 2020, A Basic Membership will be $210

A Premium Membership, which gets you access to

  • unlimited classes and
  • monthly 1:1 catch-up with your coach (to work on technique, nutrition, specific programming, etc.)

2018 pricing is $245 and 2019 pricing is $255/month

Open Gym access was available for an additional $40/month – which gave you even more access to the gym and unlocked another stream of programming (comp) in SugarWOD – so you could come in to the gym (outside of class hours) and get even fitter

In 2020, we’ll also be meeting in the middle, So a Premium Membership will be $250 – But here’s the kicker… We’ve also included Open Gym Access as well!

Dedicated Strength Sessions, Twice a Week

We’ve listened to you guys and have decided to create two dedicated strength classes per week, on

  • Tuesday Evenings at 6:30pm; and
  • Friday Evenings at 6:30pm

Josh will be programming 6 week strength cycles and running each of these sessions, so if you want not only want to get fit but you want to be strong AF, then we’ve got you covered 😉

30-Minute Lunchtime Classes

Work in Belconnen? Pushed for time? Work meetings running into the evening? But still want to get your fitness on?

In 2020, we’ll be trialling 30 minute lunchtime sessions on Mondays. Wednesdays, and Fridays at 12:15pm

We’ve decided to ditch complex barbell and gymnastic movements in favour of simpler movements like kettlebell swings and box jumps + basic body weight moves like push-ups, air squats and burpees

The aim isn’t to go heavy, it’s to go hard and fast. It’s get in and get yer sweat on, and get your ass back to work – before anyone realises you’re even gone 😉

Think of an indoor-bootcamp style session, just without the hay fever, bugs or sunburn

If you work in Belconnen and can get out of the office for 30 minutes 3 times a week, we’ve got you covered!
