Introducing Hybrid Memberships

Well, the dust has finally settled since we made the switch from mindbody and sugarwod to zen planner – there were a couple of small bumps here and there, but for the most part, we managed to transfer everyone across with minimal fuss

To be honest, the last few months had me pretty stressed out – not only did we switched to zen planner, but we also thought it’d be a good idea to make significant changes to our intake process: with our NEW approach to Fundamentals – we’re calling it F12

Our entire coaching team are thrilled with the new process and judging from all the positive feedback we’ve received; this was a change we should have made long time ago

There’s still a couple more things to set in place before November, so we can continue to improve our service to you, and one of these things is the introduction of HYBRID MEMBERSHIPS!

Hybrid what-now?!

Most of the crew who’ve recently signed up are already on hybrid memberships (plus a few of our more established members – guys and girls who overheard me explaining the concept to the newbies and wanted in

In a nutshell, along with access to our daily classes, you get a designated coach – someone to work with you, on all your goals with coaching tailored specifically to you. You also get the option to catch up weekly, fortnightly, monthly or quarterly, all in an effort to make sure you get more out of your time at Adapt

One on one sessions

Just in case you that didn’t know, most of my time is spent with my 1:1 clients

I see my guys (and girls) about 3x/week, and we work through a variety of training modalities – building their capacity across the ten general physical skills

A number of my guys have been with me for well over 12 months with some creeping towards the 2-year mark – all because they see the value in spending dedicated 1:1 time with a coach who cares about their needs and helps them achieve their goals

Obviously, the overarching goal is to help all my clients get fitter, faster and stronger as well as develop the mental toughness needed to succeed in life – but our sessions provide so much more than that

My role is to meet them, wherever they’re at – and help them through their fitness journeys by providing ongoing guidance, support, and accountability

Whatever you’re looking for (it could be):

  • Strength, gymnastic, and aerobic capacity programming
  • assistance with your technique
  • nutritional guidance
  • goal setting & lifestyle coaching…

We’ve got someone who can help you out 😉 and the whole point is to catch up with YOUR Coach at regular intervals to make sure you’re getting what you’re after and progressing towards your athletic and life goals

The new Hybrid memberships come in 4 distinct flavors:

  • Platinum – group class access + 1 PT session/week
  • Gold – group class access + 1 PT session/fortnight
  • Silver – group class access + 1 PT session/month
  • Bronze – group class access + 1 PT session/quarter

PS: If you’re an established member of Adapt and you’re happy with your existing membership – you don’t need to do anything, as this certainly is not a forced upgrade – But this is something for you if you’ve lost the motivation to train
