  • 1 Power Clean + 1 Hang Clean @80% 1RM

B: 10min Ladder

  • 200m Run + 2 Deadlifts @100/70kg + 2 Pull Ups
  • 200m Run + 4 Deadlifts @100/70kg + 4 Pull Ups
  • 200m Run + 6 Deadlifts @100/70kg + 6 Pull Ups
  • 200m Run + 8 Deadlifts @100/70kg + 8 Pull Ups

Following that pattern for 10 minutes.
