We have some HSPU technique work today, here is an article from Crossfit Invictus with some video tips on how to develop and get the most out of them.
A. 15 minutes to develop your Handstand Push Up technique.
B. 14 Minute Partner AMRAP (Partner 1 completes a round then it’s Partner 2)
- 8 HSPU’s (Scale: Decline Push Ups / Push Ups)
- 12 Alternating Pistols (Scale: 24 Air Squats)
- 16 OH KB Swings @ 32/24kg (Scale: Reduce weight)
Rest 1 minute, then:
- 2 minutes of ME double unders – no scale of singles today, do your doubles! (1 works at a time)
