  • 6 push ups
  • 9 squats

A2 – 5 min AMRAP:

  • 5 DB Hang Squat Cleans @ 15-20 / 8-10
  • 10 DB walking lunges (DBs at side)

– 1 min rest –

A3 – 5 min AMRAP:

  • 10 deck squats
  • 30 double unders

B: ROMWOD mobility for 20 mins
