    A. 85kg. Satisfied.
    B. 60kg. Think I could go a little heavier.
    C. Went RX next to Mike and we went rep for rep. Sadly, with our combined intellectual might we couldn’t count the rounds. Lucky we can lift heavy things. 4 or 5. I’ll take 5…my shoulders assure me it was 5.

    B: 42kg – strangely the first set was the toughest? Maybe because I was used to push jerks after A…
    C: 7 rounds + 6 pull ups rx. (I think)

    A: 60kg
    B: 42kg
    C: 7 rounds + 6 pull ups rx. And now I have a blister… Surprise, surprise!
