A. 12 minutes to complete the following:

  • UB Strict Press reps: 5-3-2-2-2-1

B. 10 minutes to complete:

  • 30RM Push Jerk

C. For time (12 minute cap):

  • 30-20-10
  • Goblets Squats @ 24/16kg
  • Burpees
  • 200m Run

    A: got to 40kg for 1 – which is a PR – super stoked. I know, it was a little filthy though – thanks coach for spotting that out!
    B: 30kg
    C: 10:37 – jeepers, legs burnt in this one after the 30RM.
    Great start to Monday morning – AFTER the Wallabies won an amazing match and through to the World Cup Final!!!! woop woop!

    A. 60kg. Think/hope I might have a little more in me.
    B. 50kg. Probably about 29.7 reps. Last rep I locked out my legs and my arms, just not at the same time.
    C. 12:10 (after the buzzer). Hated the burpees this time.
