A: 10 min EMOM of 2 Snatches @ 80% of 1RM

B: 30 min EMOM:
every odd minute:
5/3 strict pull ups + 8 box jump overs @ 24/20″
every even minute:
3 power cleans @ 60/40kg + 6 air squats

    A. 55kg. Felt really good today. Most lifts felt crisp and almost easy. Only one fail, on the 9th round.
    B. Not sure what to make of this one. Actually reasonably do-able but hard, with plenty of time to stew on how hard it is.

    A:40kg. Felt great. Better than the C&J However missed one in the third round due to lack of concentration.
    B: 1 pull up (felt easy early on, that changed quickly though), 8 box jumps. Then P/C at RX. I agree with Ivan. Do-able, but stewing time was tough.

    A: 40kg – felt really good and no fails, woo! Still, 80% is pretty high for 20 reps.
    B: Maintained 3 strict pull ups the entire way through and felt ok, so happy about that. The first 18 minutes seemed to take forever and then it was over before I knew it. It’s hard not to look at the clock and think about how long 30 minutes is.

    Neck pain from yesterdays press – sub’d most movement
    A) 40kgs front squats 4-8 reps a round
    B) Sub’d in Rings rows and right arm 15 kg dumbell snatch made this chipper easy but neck feeling pretty sore now, voltaren is my friend
