Firstly, hats off to the 5:30 guinea pigs – they did the WOD solo, and when the coaches saw the damage it did they switched it to a partner WOD. Thank goodness – 4 hours later and I’m still feeling it. Very drained from this morning’s session!
    A. 70kg. I just might have missed one rep in the 3rd last round as I went to get a wrist guard. Wasn’t too disappointed! Hard.
    B. 80kg. Strangely the 3rd set felt easiest. Felt like I just found exactly the right foot position.
    C. 8 rounds and 6 BP. Partnered with Mike – imagine my disappointment when he kept doing the thrusters unbroken and putting me back on the spot.

    A: 50kg – ouch.
B: 47kg – took this one a little lighter due to the strain on the knee from A!
C: It is so much fun being the Guinea pigs – especially when a workout is then decreased after we have completed it!!!! geeeeze.
Nah this was actually really fun, I am glad I completed 5 rounds, then 6 HSPU (RX) myself… super tough, but super fun!

      A: 35kgs
      B: 30kgs
C: 5 rounds @25kgs How hilarious – always fun being a 5:30 er. I kept thinking how I seemed to dragging a dead weight in this WOD. Couldn’t really see how every else was going as I was at the front. Well done Fee !

A: 60kg. I was working with Alex and the time started to catch up on us before we could both put out 2 reps so I’m sure we skipped one but I was still beat by the end of it.
B: 60kg. These were good at this weight but should have done a bit heavier now that I look back at last weeks effort of 75kg.
C: 4 rounds (RX). Cheers Ivan, looks like you worked just as hard though. This was the sort of workout where you knew you were going to be slammed from the get-go – wanted to quit after the first round. I got to the HSPUs in round 5 with about 45 seconds to spare but I had nothing left and miss timed the first rep then I was done.

    Thrusters went 4/2, 4/2, 4/2, 4/2.
    HSPUs went 6, 3/3, 3/2/1, 3/2/1, 0/0
