    I seem to be making a habit of missing Fridays. Don’t take it personally Karl – it’s just a day when other activities seem to be on offer. Karen’s still out injured, so she and I walked the dogs up Mt Painter and back.

    I am of course, distraught that I missed the 30RM push jerk.

    Advance apologies too if I don’t get to the WOD tomorrow – the botanic gardens spring plant sale is on tomorrow morning. It’s a most significant event for the keen native gardener in Canberra! Gotta get in early or the best plants are gone.

    B: 27kg – might not wuse out and try 30kg next time!
    C: worked by myself, unlike Karl, I actually rested for 45sec to 1 min each time – got 7 rounds out, then 123 D/U

      No doubt you could of went the full 12min without rest! I only went for 8minutes, just had to test out the numbers/timings for you guys.
