A: power snatch max in 12 mins

B: 6 min EMOM @ 2 rep @ 75% of A

C: For time:
10 pistol to single leg box jump – 8″ box
20 deck squats
30 sit-ups
40 alternating DB snatches 20-30kg / 10-15kg
50 double-unders

    A: 45kg. Kept failing 50kg
    B: 35kg
    C: 6:43 rx with 15kg DB snatches. Loved the pistol box jump things – good test of balance and a cool way to mix things up a bit 🙂

    A. 65kg. 2 or 3 fails at 70kg. Not sure whether to be happy or disappointed. Recent PB full snatch is 70kg, so it’s a stretch to expect the same today. But 65kg (which is an equal PB) felt OK so I hope it’s there next time. If in doubt, I blame the pseudo-Adapt touch footy team’s first game last night. Sprinting after a morning of squats and hamstring/glute work is a vicious combination.
    B. 45kg. Probably should have done 50kg.
    C. Didn’t even attempt the pistol-box jumps (see ready made excuse above). 20kg DB snatches, finished in something like 7:06. I was surprised how puffed I got on the snatches.

    A: 50kg. felt alright.
    B: 40kg – good session!
    C: no idea on time – I kind of subbed pistols for squats and subbed deck squats for pistol deck squats (kind of harder, but cannot bend one knee that far so had no option). Did 15 DB snatches – they are always fun

    B: worked with 60kg
    C: went RX (30kg db snatches) and did it 13:23
