  • 200m run
  • 10 OH KB Swings @ 24/16kg
  • 10 Push ups

P2 > holds a plank while P1 is running 200m, then rests over rest of the round, then swap…

    No real comment from me. Just a note of apology because Karen and I feel victim to daylight saving and the public holiday. Karen turned off her alarm so she wouldn’t wake up early on Monday and then left it turned off. We both woke up at our normal time, but with the hour shift found we couldn’t get there in time.
    Got a PB for dog walking though.
    Welcome aboard Sarah. Will look forward to being on the receiving end of your coaching.

    Welcome back to coaching Sarah! So great to be there for your first day back.
    We had an intimate training session at 6.30am…with only a few of us…I’m guessing why after Ivan’s post!? Was harder to get up in the dark again.
    A: did some work on my butterfly pull ups. Not quite there yet. Feel a bit jerky.
    C: worked with Franco – the push up king 😉
    It was a bit spicy on the planks in the last few minutes! A perfect WOD after a long weekend.
