Long Weekend details:

We are open Saturday (tomorrow) for a fun partner workout (6am, 7:15am, 8:30am) and will be closed on Monday 5th Oct due to the public holiday. If you’re heading away, drive safe, have fun!

    Wouldn’t normally have much to say about Turkish getups, but I’m chuffed today. PB of 32kg and it I’m sure felt better than last time. Didn’t flail my legs about (much) to get up on my elbow and then felt solid. I must be getting a bit better in the core.
    Not so good on the circuit – took it a bit easy, but I was still plenty tired by the end.
    A fun session overall – and interesting to have quite a few new people (and/or people who don’t normally come to 6:30am).

    A) 25kg Barbell Turkish Get Up.
    B) Took it light. Cardio is still shot to hell from flu/asthma. Still a lot of fun.
