Athlete Stress & Recovery Survey

Hey guys,

To better serve our #adaptcf crew I’m trying to gather some data and see how you guys are doing on the daily and more specifically: gain some insight into your sleep, stress and soreness levels.

With this info I’ll really be able to dial in the programming to suit all the athletes in our box – and yes, if you’re a member at Adapt -> we consider you to be an athlete 😉

Would really appreciate if you could fill out the following survey after your training today.

Tuesday 29.9.15 – Whole30 -> only 1 day to go!

A: 10 min EMOM: 2 hang snatches @ 60% of 1RM

B: 4×3 OH squats @ 60% of 1RM (

C: Partner workout –  P1 goes; then P2 (only one person working at a time…)

C1: 12 min AMRAP:

  • 6 box jumps @ 30/24″
  • 12 Russian KB swings @ 24/16kg
  • 24 double-unders // 50 singles

C2: 3 min ME sit-ups

    good to be back at training after over 2 weeks off with Flu and Asthma complications.
    A) Worked at 30 KG from the high hang. Felt good.
    B) Again worked at 30kg trying to concentrate on keeping my pelvis from tilting.
    C) worked with Brendo, Got the the double unders of the 7th round. and then we did 97 Sit Ups.

    B: 35kg
    C1: Not sure how many rounds Amelia and I got – each round took less than 1 minute, so I’m guessing we managed 8ish rounds each?
    C2: 137 sit ups

    B: 40,40,40,45
    C: 5 and a bit rounds each then 129 sit ups

    A: worked at 30kg. Felt good…need to work on not jumping forward so much.

    B: stayed at 30kg. 1rm is 65kg so a bit shy of 50%. For some reason I am coming up on my toes lately…never been an issue before….

    C: worked with Bec M. I subbed the DUs for 4 cal on the airdyne. We got through 8 rds and 104 sit ups.
