    A: 80Kg – Lost my grip doing the high hang at 90Kg
    B: 110kg
    C: 130kg for 1RM
    I did the above partnered up with Jamie, what a beast that guy is!

    D: 16/107 RX – the shoulder has not been great lately, I also wasted the first 40 seconds undoing the knots on my rope.

    B. 50Kg. Think I had two craig-worthy reps out of about 30.
    C. 35-40-45-50-55-60-65 then failed 70. 65 is a PR though. Hooray!
    D. 13 at 25kg then 144 DUs. managed to string 75 together for the first set so that was exciting, but then probably rested for 15 seconds after that. Drat.
    A fun day but the real highlight was learning how to carry the racks out without bashing myself in the shins. Life changed! Thanks coach Craig.
