A: Work to Max Clean & Jerk for the day

B: Clean Pulls 4×3 @110-115% of above result

C: 5×3 Front Squat (from the floor)

D: 6min Ladder

  • 100m run + 2 cleans @80/55kg
  • 100m run + 4 cleans
  • 100m run + 6 cleans

**Scale weight as needed, climb as far as possible in 6 minutes

    Nice to be back after the second cold/virus. Still not feeling great but actually left feeling better today!
    A. 80kg C&J, 90kg clean. A little off, but I’m satisfied.
    B. We swapped around and did front squats here. 2 x 70kg, 3 x 80kg.
    C. 2 x 90kg, 2 x 100kg.
    D. 3 rds + 6 cleans @ 60kg.

    A. 50kg, a new PR. Pretty ugly but ill claim it. So good to work with Karen who pushes me and shows how its done.
    B. 55kg
    C. 4 x 42.5kg and 1 x 45kg
    D. 3 rounds plus a mini run
    My hands are angry but this was a fun day!

    D: 3 rounds, plus the run at RX – 55kg – ouch these cleans got really hard in the first round!
    My hands are more than angry – they got a little ripped last night. Thanks to Karl for my makeshift-protector-grip-thingy which made a whole world of difference when holding onto the bar this morning!

    C. 2 sets at 100kg then dropped to 80KG because I failed a couple, I was finished after getting the PB..
    D. 3 rounds + 1 clean RX – Failed my very first clean and Karl told me “I don’t wanna see you fail a clean again” – or something like that… I didn’t….
