A: power clean – 10 min to est. max

B: back squats – 3×10 @ 70% -> or heavier than last week

C: Partner metcon

12 min AMRAP – P1 goes, then P2 goes etc:
10 push ups
10 sit ups
10 OH KB Swings @ 24 / 16kg

then straight away

3 min AMRAP:
P1 max jumping squats @ 20/15 kg
while P2 in static chin up hold

    B: 55kg (missed last week, so worked at 60% – 70% would have been super tough!)
    C: Sarah and I got just shy of 12 rounds for the first AMRAP. Not sure how many jumping squats we got for the second AMRAP – all I know is that Sarah did the majority of the work (I will eat something before I train next time!).
