  • 20 thrusters @ 60 / 40kg // 40/25kg
  • 20 T2B //  knee raises
  • 20 split jumps
  • 20 HSPUs // hand release push-ups
  • 20 box jump overs @ 24/20″
  • 20 pull ups // ring rows
  • 20 ground to OH @ 60 / 40kg
  • 20 pistols // goblet squats @ 16/12kg
  • 20 ring dips // box dips
  • 20 burpees
  • cash out: 400m run*

* wet weather plan: 10 cal on assault bike or 500m row

    Tough but good session this morning.
    I dialled down to 35kg (in order to complete neat reps). Subbed pistols for goblets, ring dips for box dips and bummed out half way through pull ups as my hand was about to rip…. awesome!

    Didn’t know if I would complete this on time. Thrusters turned out to be okay (who’d have thought!) I think my biggest challenge was the ring dips. Two sets of 3 and then pretty much singles. I really enjoy the long chippers….probably because it takes me the first 10 minutes just to warm up!
