A. 15 mins to hit a max Snatch
B. 8 mins to complete 3 x 4 Snatch Pull (@ 110% of A)
C. 10 mins to establish a heavy triple Overhead Squat (from the floor)
D. WOD 5 rounds for time (6 minute time cap) of:
- 30 Double Unders (50 Singles)
- 10 Wall Balls @ 9/6kg
