    OWW! WHY CAN I NOT MOVE?!! Oh, yeah…

    Made it to the 2nd lot of squat cleans, had 2 attempts, but couldn’t get any out before the timer told me I was done. Did the Rx version and subbed ring muscle-ups for bar muscle-ups #scalednotscaled

    Pleading the remnants of a virus and a slightly sore shoulder, I opted for the full FF version with 9 pull ups and 60kg cleans. I finished in, I think, just under 27 minutes. Plenty of others around me doing the hard yards most impressively and finishing within the cap. I concede that I do feel a little soft by comparison.

    37:29 with 35kg squat cleans and 7 strict pull ups (very excited for the next kipping workshop!) I was also 3 minutes late so added the 15 burpees on the end and finished in 38:45. Given my distaste for chippers my goal for today was to not whinge too much. There may have been some minor grumbling during the super awkward wallball run, but all in all, reasonably successful.
