B: snatch pull – 4×3 @ 110% – 120% of A

C: OH squat – 10 mins to est. a heavy triple

D: 8 min ladder:
RX:
2 C2B pull ups + 2 pistols
4 + 4 C2B pull ups + 2 pistols
6 + 6
(continue adding 2 reps per round)

FF version:
3 pull ups / ring rows + 3 goblet squats @ 16/12kg
6 pull ups / ring rows + 6 goblet squats
9 + 9
12 + 12
(continue adding 3 reps per round)

    A: 50kg. Pretty happy with this as snatches and I haven’t been the best of friends of late.
    B: 60kg.
    C: Also 60kg.
    D: 3/12 pistols Rx.

    Legs v. wobbly now.

    After a bit of a break I was a bit daunted by snatches today. And it took a little to break through the rust, but then was OK (not good, just OK).
    A.60kg OK. Had a go at 70kg and nearly got the full snatch. And yes, a 10kg jump was a bit optimistic, but I was working with Mike so didn’t want to hold him back.
    B.80kg. First one was a bit of surprise so it was sloppy, but subsequent ones felt good. Think I’ll benefit from these.
    C. 3@60kg, 2.5@65kg, 1.5@70kg. I’m blame the “rustiness:.
    D. 3/10 pistols RX. Failed the last pistol 3 times – just not the energy there.
