  • Work to 1RM weighted pistol or practice your pistols using box.

B: Partner Workout

Partner 1: (The Timer)

  • 400m

Partner 2: Completes AMRAP

  • 8x push up
  • 16x Kettlebell OH Lunge
  • 32x Double Unders

  • 3min ME KB snatches
