    A: worked on freestanding HSPU
    B: 18:36 rx – rounds were between 1:05-1:45. So glad the deficit HSPUs weren’t strict!

    Better late than never.
    A. Tried some handstands not against the wall, wasn’t pretty . A few less than graceful stacks.
    B. 10 rounds at 23:46 with double unders, jumping squats and knee push ups.
