  • Kathleen says:

A: 1060mm – psychologically challenging, particularly after watching a stack
B: 3 rounds rx – had time for 4 but breathing was giving me trouble
C: Just moved on the bike

  • Ray Simonsen says:

    A) 30.5 Inches. A couple of inches less than what I did last time (12 months ago I think.)
    B) 4 Rounds at 6 Ring Rows (16kg Goblet Squats)
    C) 32/20 Burpees. I had nothing left for the second set of burpees…

  • KJ says:

    A: 830cm. (I’m short AND a chicken!)
    B: 4 rounds with 12 seconds left
    C: OMG! Yuck. 32, 31.

  • Lex says:

    A. 86cm. First time trying this, its quite fun! I got 86 once but the next few times I freaked out and tried to bail halfway through. Ugly but no injuries so I call that a win.
    B. 4 rounds plus 20 seconds with ring rows.
    C. 24 then 22. The first three felt so good I thought ‘this might not be that bad’. How wrong I was.
