C: 10 min AMRAP
3 push-ups
6 Hang snatches @ 50/35kg
9 lateral bar burpees

    B. 30kg GM, 20kg steup ups
    C. 5 rounds + 1 snatch @40kg. Pretty happy with that. Glad I didn’t go to 50kg because there are tight muscles around my hips that I didn’t know existed until halfway through last week.

    A) 100 x 3 sets – causing knee pain
    B) GM 30 or 40kg, barbell for step up
    C) 3rds + 3 PU (40kg snatch)*
    *Flat as a millpond today, even Boogie Wonderland couldn’t save me.
