    A. Tried out deficit HSPUs. Not sure if I can call it HSPU “Volume” when number of reps = 0. Did about 3-4 rounds of attempting them (I got close-ish) before defaulting to standard depth and doing 2 each round. I’m actually quite happy with that.
    B. This is quite do-able, but it’s a slow burn. I remember thinking it was easy enough after about 5 rounds, and then it just got a little bit harder each round. Really pretty tired by the end of it. And I had to flick Tim with my towel to keep him off my kettlebell.

A: Was coerced into trying deficit HSPUs from the low set of paralettes. Glad I did – missed 1 round but managed to grind out 1 rep on each of all the other rounds.
B: Pistols on a 1.25KG plate under the heel and a 32kg KB. Broke my rope in about round 4 and got thrown out by changing to a different length rope, so that slowed me down a bit. Channelled my inner T-rex to tuck the arms in and got a bit better after that.

All in all, a good fun morning!

    A) 5 PU on 30″ box
    B) 40kg KB, single skips*
*So much fun! 15mins work, 15 mins of being a manchild**
**apologies to KC who bore the brunt of it

A: Tried deficit off the two small boxes – no bingo. So moved to a smaller deficit with some bumpers and got one rep each round. Love HSPUs!
B: Nice and chilled this morning, felt good. Used a 24kg KB which Tim insisted on regularly kicking over.
A fun morning – love the 630am crew!
