B. Accessories (10 minutes)

  • 3×8 Good Mornings
  • 3×10 BB Step Ups onto box

C. 10 Minute AMRAP

  • 5/3 Strict Pull Ups (Scale: Ring Dips)
  • 7 Sit Ups
  • 9 Box Jump Overs (24/20′)

    Pretty pleased to be having a de-load week. I was pretty darned tired in the hamstrings, hips etc by the end of the week. And then they sprung Fran on us Saturday morning. Oh, and follow that with a few stints on the Airdyne.
    A. 50kg.
    B. 40kg GM, 30kg step ups
    C. 7 rds, 2 pull ups.

    C: Just shy of 9 rounds rx

    Awesome to have a wind down day today!
    A: 25kg (lower than I should, but I was very comfortable doing this)
    B: 15kg bar
    C: NO idea – I honestly didn’t count – just moved!

    A) 45kg today. Slightly lighter than 60%, was still trying to take it easy before seeing the doctor today.
    B) 40kg GM & 22kg Step Ups
    C) 7 Rounds – Ring Rows and 20″ Box.

    Better late than never

    A: worked with 57kg, and did the last set at 60kg

    B: I missed all of these previously so I worked with 30kg

    C: I went 7 rounds 7 sit-ups

    C. Did the EM(andahalf)OM(andahalf) option with 1 strict pull up for 10 rounds. Just chuffed to have done 10 strict pull ups! Played with the spinning box jump landing thing as well which was fun. Fun wod all round.
