B: 10 mins to est. a heavy triple ‘touch and go’ deadlift

2 deadlifts @ 100 / 70kg + 2 HSPUs
4 deadlifts + 4 HSPUs
6 + 6 etc
deadlifts @ 70 / 45kg
Push ups instead of HSPUs
Before you leave spend 2 minutes doing T2B or knee raises as strict as possible to release the lower back.
