B: Work to Heavy Triple Deadlift

C: Partner Workout”

  • Snatch (Any Style) 60/40kg

Rest 2 minutes

5minutes “1 for 1”

  • Power Clean 60/40kg

Then straight into 

3minutes ME Lateral Bar Burpees

    A. 60, 65, 70, 70, 75. 75kg is my last recorded 1RM, so I suppose this is pretty good, but that was over a year ago. Must be a bit more than that, which I presume I’ll find out next week.
    B. 120, 135, 145kg. 5kg up on last week.
    C. Partnered with Karen, which I’ve not often done. Turns out she asked me so then should could get me to clean up her deadlift debris. But I digress – About 40, about 30, about 50. Karen was counting and I forgot to check back with her. Snatches at 50kg, Cleans at 60kg for me.

    B. 100kg. First time getting a triple in triple digits 🙂 DLs felt good today. 10kg up from last week.
    C. Partnered with El and we had lots of fun. 45 snatches (20kg) 35 cleans (35kg) and 29 burpees.
