12 Deadlifts @ 70/ 50kg
9 Hang Power Cleans @ 70 / 50kg
6 Push Jerks @ 70 / 50kg
If you can’t do the above weight, do 70% of your 1RM clean & jerk. This is meant to be heavy!

Well I’m glad it was meant to be heavy, ’cause it was. I rashly went for the RX option and got to 4 cleans in the 5th round. Would have been nice to finish but I am satisfied.
Pretty impressed with Tahni – 7 weeks of backpacking holiday and a cold coming on and she still finishes under the cap RX.
