    B: 5:50RX.
    C. 15 strict pull ups.
    Been waiting a long time to get into the 70s for snatch. Well not all that long really because I’ve only recently thought it possible. Been quite chuffed all day.

    Unloaded barbell work was spicy and effective.
    45kg for snatch. No joy on 47.5 but significant improvement on my mental approach to these and remaining calm.
    4’28” for WOD

    A. 31kg power snatch, PR of 1kg (thanks Nikki!). Full snatch continues to elude me.. many fails trying to get squat depth even on lighter weights.
    B. 5:54 with pushups from the knees.
    C. 1!!!!!!

      B: 40kg snatch. New 1 RM by 4kgs! Feel like I’ve been trying to break in to the 40’s for about 6 months!
      C: 6:58 with pushups

    A) Worked up to a 60 power press snatch (seriously WTF is that?), then back to doubles on 50. back not feeling good now
    B) 3:49 or 4:49 ff
