B2: 3×10 split lunges (5 each side) with KB’s/DB’s

    Thank goodness for a real de-load day. I struggled yesterday, and still have some lingering shoulder, and a new bicep, strain. Progress?
    A. 72kg. Felt good (really good in comparison to yesterday).
    B. 72kg deadlifts, 15kg dumbells.
    C. Pleading shoulder soreness, I opted for FF. 1:57. I still think that ring rows are not a soft option compared to kipping pullups.

    C: 5:08 RX – took a while for the shoulders to warm up, but then this was a great workout.

    I was also pleased to not have a song with the one word repeated a thousand times…. On my way in, I was thinking of what other songs that could be used… and my gosh there are tonnes more painful ones!!!

    A) 72kg – legs are beat up – was nice to deload
    B) 70kg and 0 or 10kg for splits
    C) 4:15 (Rx) press was harder than I thought *
    Shout out to Mick who killed it with unbroken sets and perfect butterfly’s

    A: 60kg
    B: 60kg RDLs and 10kg lungey-ma-thingies
    C: 3:12 doing pullups and 40kg push press. My 1RM push press is 70kg, so aiming for 30 reps at 60kg might have been a bit of a stretch.

    B1. Still dislike these. Just did them at 20kg
    B2. 8kg dumbells
    C. I really used to love ring rows… but putting your feet at the wall makes them oh so much harder. Really struggled through them. The 25kg push press were a breeze in comparison. Finished in 4 min 40ish

    C: 3:39 rx. Forearms blew up. Biceps blew up. Almost Fran-like.
